These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between The Haven Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”) for property styling, Airbnb turnover, and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
We offer a range of services including, but not limited to:
Property styling and home presentation.
Airbnb and short-stay turnover.
Cleaning, staging, and décor placement.
Partial or full styling services.
Consultation appointments and recommendations.
A full description of your selected service will be provided at the time of booking, otherwise, you can browse our direct services for more information.
Bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed once accepted by our team.
We may request photos or a property walkthrough before confirming your service.
Turnover appointments must align with check-in and check-out times provided by the property owner or host.
Pricing is quoted as a flat rate per property based on size, layout, and service requirements.
A formal quote will be provided prior to booking.
Payment is required upon invoice and must be made by the due date listed.
Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, damage, or unexpected cleaning requirements.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If access to the property is not provided at the scheduled service time, a call-out fee may apply.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, including:
Keys, lockbox codes, or entry instructions.
Parking availability where possible.
Notification of alarms or hazards.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete services where access is restricted.
We style and present your property using the items, décor, furnishings, and linens you provide.
Any additional décor or items required for presentation must be supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed.
We will not be held responsible for damage to fragile or pre-existing items due to their condition.
Movement of large or heavy furniture must be arranged by the client unless agreed in advance.
We may take photos of styled spaces for portfolio or marketing use.
If you do not wish for your property to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the service.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate property information.
Ensuring the property is safe and accessible.
Disclosing any existing damage, hazards, or maintenance issues.
Ensuring utilities, ie. electricity, hot water, and lighting, are functioning for turnover services.
While all care is taken during our services, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage.
Wear and tear.
Issues arising from property defects or structural conditions.
Third-party behaviour, ie. guests, cleaners, or trades.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address your concerns.
